4i)Marginal product is the additional output that a firm brought about as a result of the employment of an additional unit of variable factor.

4ii)Thd law of diminishing returns states that as sucessive units of a variable factor (e.g. labour or capital) is applied to a given fixed factor(e.g. land), output will increase at first but it will get to a point at which the addition of one more unit of the variable factor will result in less additional units of output.

4iii)
-Proper combination of factors of production

-The law of diminishing returns helps the entrepreneur to combine properly the factors of production to prevent watage

- Changes in Scale of production: The law of diminishing returns helps entrepreneurs to change the scale of production throught the variation of the quantities of all input.

- It ensures efficiency- As more and more variable factors are added to a fixed factor, it eventually comes to a profitable level and productivity and efficiency are maintained.

ii) mutation is the splitting of a cell into simpler ones which have the same characters and features of the bigger ones
3iii) Gene are hereditary units or basic units of inheritance. They are located in chromosomes and are responsible for the transmission of character from parents to the offspring
3bi) The light rays from the object pass through the
conjuctiva, cornea, aqueous humour, lens and
vitreous humour in that order. All these
structures refract the light such that it falls on
the retina. This is called focussing. Maximum
focussing is done by the cornea and the lens.
The light then falls on the retina.
This light is received by the photoreceptors -
rods and cones, on the retina. The absorbed light
activates the pigments present in the rods and
cones. The pigments are present on the
membranes of the vesicles. Thus, the light is
then converted into action potentials in the
membranes of the vesicles. These travel as
nervous impulses through the rod or the cone
cell and reach the synaptic knobs. From here the
impulses are transmitted to the bipolar nerve
cells, then to the ganglions and then to the optic
nerves. Thus the nervous impulses generated in
the retina are carried to the brain by about a
million neurons of the optic nerve. The vision is
controlled by the occipital lobe at the back of
the brain. The information received is processed
and we are able to see the image. The image
formed on the retina is inverted. However, the
brain makes us see the image erect. So, though
the eyes are essential for vision, any damage to
the optic nerves also results in impairment of
vision.

Fasting is another unique moral and
spiritual characteristic of Islam. Literally
defined, fasting means to abstain
"completely" from foods, drinks, intimate
intercourse and smoking, before the
break of the dawn till sunset, during the
entire month of Ramadan, the ninth
month of the Islamic year. But if we
restrict the meaning of the Islamic Fasting
to this literal sense, we would be sadly
mistaken.
5b)
*Exemption From Fasting:*
These said qualifications exclude the
following categories:
*Children under the age of puberty and
discretion.
Insane people who are unaccountable for
their deeds.
* People of these two categories are
exempted from the duty of fist, and no
compensation or any other substitute is
enjoined on them.
*Men and women who are too old and
feeble to undertake the obligation of fast
and bear its hardships. Such people are
exempted from this duty, but they must
offer, at least, one needy poor Muslim an
average full meal or its value per person
per day.
*Sick people whose health is likely to be
severely affected by the observance of
fast.
* They may postpone the fast, as long as
they are sick, to a later date and make up
for it, a day for a day.
*Travelers may break the fast temporarily
during their travel only and make up for
it in later days, a day for a day

internet cables, hubs and switches are very
inexpensive. Some connection sharing software
packages, like ICS, are free; some cost a nominal
fee. Broadband routers cost more, but these are
optional components of a wired LAN, and their
higher cost is offset by the benefit of easier
installation and built-in security features.
ii)Performance
Wired Connection offers more superior
performance usually about 100Mbps.
